Terms of Service

Sync Fox is provided by Prime Fox (ABN 28 700 284 144), 52/150 Palmers Road, Truganina VIC 3029. In these terms, "we" means us and "you" means the business that signs up and the people it invites.

You must give accurate details and keep your password safe. The person who signs up confirms they can agree to these terms on behalf of the business.

Owners control who joins the business and what access they have. You are responsible for what your team does in your account.

New businesses get 1 month free with every feature. We don't ask for card details to start. At the end of the trial you can choose a plan, or stop and export your data.

Paid plans are charged monthly in advance in Australian dollars, including GST. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change. You can cancel at any time; you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. We don't refund part months unless the law requires it.

Everything you put into Sync Fox — customers, products, prices, orders and emails — belongs to you. We only use it to run the service for you, as set out in our Privacy Policy.

You can download all your data at any time. If you close your business account, we keep it for 30 days in case you change your mind, then delete it permanently.

Sync Fox uses AI to read purchase orders and checks them against your rules. AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing orders, prices and quantities before they are sent to your ERP or accounting system, and for any automatic sending you switch on.

You can connect services such as Xero, MYOB, Cin7, Odoo, Unleashed, Make.com, Zapier and your email provider. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms. We're not responsible for their outages, changes or charges.

Don't use Sync Fox to break the law, send spam, upload harmful files, try to access other businesses' data, or overload the service. We may pause an account that does this, and will tell you why unless the law stops us.

We work hard to keep Sync Fox running and backed up, but we can't promise it will never be unavailable. We'll let you know about planned maintenance where we can.

Australian Consumer Law gives you guarantees that can't be excluded, and nothing in these terms limits them.

Otherwise, as far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost orders, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim (or resupplying the service).

If we make an important change, we'll email account owners at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then.
